Overseas interest in Australia as an adventure charter destination is growing and the entry of 34-metre catamaran, Spirit to the region’s fleet will spur further activity.

According to Bray, “Spirit is an important addition to the region’s fleet because most charter clients coming from Russia, America, Europe and, increasingly, from Asia want larger yachts of a world-class standard parallel to what’s on offer in the Mediterranean.”

He described the Australia and South Pacific region as offering “a niche in the superyacht charter market”.
